After discovering that they were created for morally questionable reasons (and repeatedly memory-wiped to cover up this fact), an android escapes their life as a famous billionaire’s trophy accomplishment. On the run and desperate for answers, they embark on a quest to meet the people who took part in creating them, while making meaningful connections along the way.
Focal Point is an ongoing graphic novel project inspired by my interest in robots, androids, and AIs in fiction. I love that stories in this genre can range from deadly serious to silly and over-the-top, and I aim to capture this range and energy in my own work.
